
Product IntroductionCQB fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously through the magnetic field. The medium is enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, thus achieving the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium and completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. It is a new type of industrial pump that is fully sealed, leak free, and pollution-free.
In many fields such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electronics, more and more manufacturers require a leak free process environment for the medium they transport, and urgently need to choose the ideal pump type. Our company's CQB series magnetic pump has absorbed mature new technologies, materials, and processes for magnetic pump production at home and abroad, successfully solving the technical problems of easy damage to components such as isolation sleeves and impellers in domestic magnetic pumps.
CQB magnetic pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, papermaking, electroplating, acid washing, wireless, scientific research institutions, and national defense industries to transport acid, alkali, rare and valuable oil solutions, venom, volatile liquids, especially flammable and explosive liquids. It is more ideal for use in the production process of printed circuit boards and foil in the electronics industry. Applicable temperature: -20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
The pump body of the CQB-F series small magnetic pump adopts a fully plastic (fluoroplastic alloy) structure design, which has a good defense effect against acid mist in the production workshop. The part of the CQB-FL series large magnetic pump body in contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, but the pump housing is made of metal material, so the pump body is sufficient to withstand the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impact.
